Support was a bit slow at first, but, they did eventually reply, and helped me get things sorted out.

I’ve been using the euhomy ice maker for a while now, and while it does technically do the job, I can’t say I’m fully satisfied. The first few weeks were decent, but after that it started getting noticeably louder, and the ice cubes come out a bit wet instead of firm like I hoped. It also needs to be cleaned often, otherwise the ice starts to taste a little off. It’s not a complete waste by any means, but considering the price, I expected a more consistent performance. i probably wouldn’t purchase this same model again

I wouldn’t buy this Euhomy unit again. It seemed fine at first and worked okay for a little while, but after just a few months it started having issues and now it barely works at all. It just doesn’t feel like it was made to last. I also tried reaching out to customer support, but they weren’t much help, which made the whole thing even more frustrating

I really wanted to like it, but it’s just way too bulky for my kitchen... The design isn’t very attractive, and it takes up more counter space than I expected.

I ordered from euhomy.com and, it showed up faster than I thought it would. I kept checking the tracking because I wasn’t sure if it was really moving that quickly, but it was easy to follow the whole time. The box arrived in good shape too, which I was kind of relieved about. Overall, no delivery issues at all, so I’m happy with how it went.

It works fine enough, but wow, the noise is kind of annoying. I’ll be in the next room and still hear it running sometimes?? Not exactly what I wanted for my kitchen.

I’ve been using it for a little while now, it does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really say it’s a bad product. The main issue for me is the energy use. I bought it because I was under the impression it would be efficient, or at least wouldn’t make much of a difference on my electric bill. But since I started using it regularly, my bill seems higher than before. I know there can be other reasons for that, like weather, usage habits, or whatever else is running in the house, but this is the main thing that changed, so it’s hard not to connect the two. It might be totally fine for someone who doesn’t use it as often or isn’t worried about electricity costs, but for me it’s not really saving much, if anything. Kind of a letdown because I expected better efficiency.

I bought a little Euhomy fridge and it was fine at first, doing what I needed it to do, and then a few months later it started having an issue. You know that moment where you’re like, great, now I have to deal with customer service. But I reached out about the warranty and, to be fair, they got back to me quickly.
They asked for my order details and a couple of pictures, which made sense and wasn’t a big hassle. The only annoying part was the return or replacement process felt slower than I expected. Not terrible, just one of those things where you keep checking your email and thinking, okay, what’s next?

In the end, it did get handled, so I can’t really complain too much. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they didn’t brush me off, and the warranty actually helped. I’d probably buy from them again, I’d just go in expecting that if something needs to be returned, it might take a little patience.

I bought this thinking it would make ice quickly, but it takes way too long. After waiting around, there’s still barely enough for a couple of drinks. I don’t think it’s fair to market something like this as convenient when it really doesn’t keep up. Disappointing overall...

It’s been keeping things cold so far, which is what I needed. I have noticed a few small temperature swings, and I get a little impatient when I have to keep checking on it, but nothing major yet.

I could tell right away this wasn’t going to last. The build felt cheap from the moment I opened it, and sure enough, it broke quickly. Save your time and look for something better.

It works fine overall, but I thought it would have more usable space inside. To me, the shelves feel a little awkwardly arranged, so fitting larger items is kind of a hassle. For the price, I was expecting the capacity to be better. It’s not unusable or anything, just a bit disappointing compared to what I had in mind.

Getting this set up wasn't no quick, easy thing like I expected. The little manual didn’t even match the unit I got, and the parts list was all over the place, so I kept having to guess what went where.
It took me over an hour just to get it running, and I still wasn’t sure I hadn’t messed something up. Definitely not a great first impression.
